3. AI Processing

Meal analysis, meal plans and coaching replies are produced by third-party AI language models. To generate a helpful, personalised response, the relevant parts of your profile and diary are sent to the AI provider as context. Please do not include information in your messages that you do not want processed by an AI service.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are handled by SafePay and/or Stripe under their own terms and privacy policies. We receive a confirmation of payment and a reference so we can activate and manage your premium access. Card details are handled entirely by the payment provider and are never stored by Nutrix.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics. On your first visit you see a consent banner where you can accept or decline analytics. Your choice is remembered and you can change it any time via the “Cookie settings” link. Essential cookies that make the Service work are always active.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:
