These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Nutrix nutrition planning application at https://nutrix.biz (the “Service”), operated by [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. The Service

Nutrix provides personalised nutrition targets, a food library, meal logging, condition-aware meal plans, progress tracking, and an AI nutrition coach. Some features require a premium subscription. We may change, add or remove features over time.

4. No Medical Advice — Informational Only

Please read this carefully

The Service provides general nutrition information and estimates only — it is not medical advice. Calorie, macro, water and glycaemic-index values are estimates calculated from formulas and AI models. Actual nutritional values vary with ingredients, portion size and preparation. Meal plans, food analysis and coaching replies are generated by AI and may be inaccurate.

Nothing in the Service is a diagnosis, medical opinion, or treatment recommendation, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor or registered dietitian. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before making decisions about your diet, health, or medications — especially if you have a condition such as diabetes, PCOS, hypertension or kidney disease, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you take medication. Never ignore or delay seeking professional advice because of something you read in Nutrix. In a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

5. Health Conditions and Allergies

You are responsible for the health conditions and allergies you report, and for reviewing any suggestions against your own medical guidance. The Service flags common food-condition clashes but cannot catch every risk.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features are billed through SafePay and/or Stripe. Subscription periods are monthly or yearly and grant access until the end of the paid period. Fees are billed in advance and, except where law requires otherwise, are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time and keep access until your current period ends. Prices may change with reasonable notice.

7. Acceptable Use

Use the Service only for lawful, personal nutrition purposes.
Do not attempt to access another user’s data or disrupt the Service.
Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service or its content.
Do not use the Service to diagnose or treat others.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, food data, and content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service while these Terms are in effect.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third parties (AI providers, payment processors, hosting). We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or practices.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any health outcome resulting from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or for any business reason with notice where possible.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be highlighted in the app.

14. Governing Law
